Adequate but not the best
I use Valerian to help me sleep. I found Swanson Valerian on Ebay after trying a few lemons on Ebay. Swanson is far better than paying the absurd prices for EU Valerian in health shops like Holland & Barrett. Swanson Valerien is acceptable but the quality can vary from bottle to bottle. The best Valerian is Natures Sunshine Valerian. Swanson Valerian is about half as good. I have to take twice as much Swanson Valerian than Natures Sunshine Valerian to help me sleep.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
