Good product.
This wrist product exercise is good for people who got strain problem with their wrists, sadly not for people with dyspraxia. I've tried everything for my partner who got this condition but none of the product really work even with pens specialist for dyslexia or dyspraxia, they don't work neither for the wrist exercise. But it does work on me or anyone who doesn't have this condition, can also improve your hand writing.

The more I used it the more easier it was to get it running. I now use it to exercise my forearm as well as shoulders. It lights up the faster it spins. As good as branded ones if not better.
