damaged due to poor packaging
product good but not packed with enough protection, it had obviosly been dropped on one corner and damaged, because of the problems of complaining and returning the item I decided it would be easier to file off the deformed parts of the block. I have had a similar problem before with insuficient packing from another supplier. The YES or NO options for the above three questions are not good enough it would be more informative if you had to score each question from 1 to 10, neither YES or NO is acctually true.
