It's early days. Just got it a week back. It works perfectly. It pours well with no drips. (That was the problem in my last kettle). Easy to operate the switch. The sides to get hot when the kettle is boiled, so bear that in mind. A plastic kettle is easier to touch. It looks good being metal.
