Not a miracle cure, but for the price and ease of use has definitely made a difference. Can only hear it for first couple of minutes after fist start up and then clears. Used to be sounding for at least 20-30 mins before, if not more. I didn't do an oil change either, so will use another bottle on next oil and filter change. Short time fix
