    'Nivia Tinted Lip balm' "A beautiful Soft Rose Tint" Forms a Protective Barrier on ones Lips in Summer or Winter.

    I love this Nivia ong lasting lip Balm with a rose tint. I wear it under my normal or over my lipstic for a moisture sheen. I have alway used it although it used to be called "Rose Velvet" lip blm tint. I Thank Tou, A.B.
