A tack(ing) a small problem.
These were exactly what I wanted - small in size, but nicely shaped with a good finish, and well made too. I used them to upgrade a pair of ladies shoes for a friend of mine. The shoes were reasonably made, except that the manufacturer had used rather poor quality studs to fix decorative pieces to the shoes platforms, and the result was less than pleasing. In half an hour I had removed all the offending studs, and replaced them with these tacks, thereby adding good looks and more value to what were previously fairly average shoes. She and I were very pleased with the results, and I have the remaining tacks put aside for any further repairs or upgrades.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
