Arrived on time and packaged well. My only criticism is that the fixing screws to secure the live, neutral and earth wires are underneath, so the socket has to be turned upside down to terminate the wires, then swivel the socket round the right way to secure to the wall. Very useful.
Very useful item, easily fitted and more importantly, it has a 13 amp fuse built in covering all sockets so it and the wiring in the wall cannot be overloaded. Doesn't stick out too far as well, which makes it look as if it was original and not an add on. One thing it could do with is a led by each switch to confirm that switch is on or off. Don't forget to turn off the mains to the socket this is to be fitted to before starting work - this is not a plug-in socket but is fitted directly to the wall cable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This seems to be a well designed and well made product. I found it quite straightforward to replace a single 13A socket. It should be born in mind that although this has four 13A switched sockets, the built in fuse ensures the total load is limited to 13A. Don't forget to remove the ring main fuse and put it in your pocket before starting work..!
