Condition:
EVERBUILD Brush Restorer is a thin solvent-based liquid which removes paint from gummed up and old hardened brushes. Works on all paints and is water washable. Cleans up with water Powerful fast acting formula Before opening container THOROUGHLY read health and safety section and wear equipment detailed. Hold container away from face when removing cap. Store product upright at all times with lid securely fastened. Use in well-ventilated areas and protect all surrounding areas from accidental splashes. Do not smoke whilst using this product. Pour brush restorer into a metallic or glass jar. Do not use plastic. Immerse brushes and leave to soak for a minimum of 2 hours or preferably overnight. When paint begins to soften agitate the brushes against the bottom of the jar to loosen paint fragments. Repeat if necessary.

Revitalise your paint brushes
Cleaning brushes can be a chore, necessary, but nevertheless a chore, and when you think you've cleaned your brushes well and you come to use them on another job, guess what, the bristles are stiff, evidence of paint residue and, yes, of not-so-good cleaning! So, it pays to find a really good brush cleaner like this one. Now I can rest assured that my brushes are clean and soft as the day I bought them. This cleaner even revitalised 3 or 4 of my brushes (which I left overnight )which I was going to throw out! Another plus factor is that you can rinse out the newly cleaned brushes with warm water so there's no need to use other chemicals! Well worth the (great) price!! (Also works brilliantly on my brushes I use to paint pictures, especially as I use acrylics and oils as well as model enamels. What can I say? It works!
A couple of my brushes were as solid as concrete. Tried soaking them in turps for 2 days and that made not one iota of difference. I don't know how they ended up like that, but if they had been cheap brushes I'd have just binned them. But they were good ones, so I thought I'd try this Everbuild Restorer. After a few hours, the brushes were starting to soften a bit. After 24 hours they were as soft as they were as new! So now they are back to their original state. Excellent for cleaning 'hard' brushes
Good product. I used it to restore two 'expensive' professional paint brushes which had become 'rock hard' with gloss paint, having been mislaid after some work. I soaked the brushed for a good 24hrs and then left them to soak in standard brush cleaner for a further day. The brushes are now like new!
