amazing product
I saw this product in a Youtube video and was itching to give it a go. It's such an easy product to use and the colours are amazingly vibrant. My first go at it was basically a tester just to see how the powders reacted together so there was no planned artwork in mind, just flinging the powder at the paper and spritzing some water on. The end product was so pleasing I had to frame it! These powders are amazing and have so much potential for even the lowliest of beginners to produce artwork to be proud to show off. Very limited use.
Great for sprinkle effect but for regular painting a bit garish and not as easy as water colour. The pots of powder colour are VERY DIFFICULT to open, impossible if you don't have strong fingers. Once opened it is very easy to spill the whole lot over your clothes. I can only give this product 2 stars because of the thoughtless design of the pots.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect Pigment.
A fabulous product. You only need to use a tiny amount to get and Explosion of colour. Either wet paper first then drop in tiny tiny amounts of the powder and watch it do it's magic. As an artist and papercrafter I am always looking for good quality pigment with a good value attached and this product ticks all the boxes. You can alternatively drop the tiny grains of pigment then spritz with water, Same effect as before. You do need a fine spray mister with this product and you will find it is so addictive. I had never used these until I saw some cards made with them, they are so different to normal paints, though they can be diluted to use with a brush, the great part is sprinkling them onto your moistened paper and watching the explosions of colour.. Superb paints! Fun, easy to use and will last a long time.
If you've never used Brusho - try! I'm not a talented artist by any means - definitely more enthusiasm than talent! - but these are just that bit different and can be used in so many ways. Paint a shape with water and then sprinkle on the crystals - magic! Or sprinkle them on dry paper and spritz with water. Or just pop them in a palette with a little water and use like water colours. A little goes a long way - I reckon this set will last years. My only quibble with this set of colours is that you get 2 reds, 2 greens, 2 blues - variety is useful but it's annoying that as a starter kit it doesn't contain a white. The wax sticks were a great bonus - they can be used in various ways to add texture. There are videos online demonstrating ideas for these lovely paints - basically, they're a lot of fun!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Vibrant with unexpected results
Love the colours. Need to practice, but had a very abstract first attempt and was quite amazed. Some ink later, drawing around shapes, I had thistles.
