This is a brilliant alternative to plasters when combined with a little pad of gauze or lint. It sticks much better, is waterproof, and moulds to the shape of the area it is stuck on, e.g brilliant for fingers. This product is so versatile. Not only is it excellent for strapping dressings in awkward areas, it's very sticky so keeps dressings intact for a few days. Areas such as knees and elbows no longer a problem. My other use is to bind edges of fabric to stop fraying, and unlike ordinary tapes it's soft and malleable, more like fabric, than some fabric.
