It's a nightmare to use the remote, even new battery, I have to press 15-20 in a row, to reach speed of 0.1km/h. Nothing wrong with the remote because each time I press its buttons, the remote send commands to the walking pad, emitting red light through remote's LED. The speed in the description says goes upto 12 instead it stays till 10 and while on 10 after few seconds the stopped working i wasn’t able to stop the machine had to call help and unplugged the walking pad and restart it then remote automatically started working.
