I have to be honest I have only used it twice so far ,so can't comment on howay effective it is . One prob I had was that sticky pads were hard to remove from my skin causing bruising .

Great Update!
Had the old belt with the panel on the front for many years, finally gave out so splashed out on this one. Much easier to use, set and recharge. Still works the stomach muscles as good as ever, even though my abs are hidden beneath a 'little' belly fat they feel must stronger and pull everything back in nicely. Strong stomach muscles also help alleviate back aches as well, which is an added bonus.
