Fantastic bread substitute for coeliacs and/or diabetics as low carbs. Easy to prepare and no kneading or proving. HOWEVER, CRIPPLINGLY EXPENSIVE! Works out to almost £5 per loaf Far superior texture and taste to supermarket, gluten free, breads but also far more expensive.
