Sturdy but light bari sax stand
Sturdy but nice and light bari sax holder. Bottom support is on a tripod leg so center of gravity is low, more stable than some other makes where bottom support is on the vertical bar. A potential weakness of this stand is that unless the top screw clamp is well tightened, it is possible for the main bell support bar to rotate, allowing your instrument to fall out. Discovered this at a gig where my stand got knocked, fortunately caught it in time. Nevertheless I prefer this stand to other heavier stands on the market.
