This mastic tape was easy and clean to apply to awning rail and caravan, also easy to clean up any excess that was squeezed out when tightening up the screws. As the caravan is still under cover I can't tell as to how well it is working in terms of preventing any further water ingress - but fingers crossed.

Bought to re seal skylights in caravan. This item is very easy to use and cut to size. It's a bit like having a role of BluTack . I would recommend this product for sealing skylights and panels. Take your time with skylights though you need to remove them and clean sealing surfaces before reinstalling them. I just watched some videos on You Tube to help with the "how to" aspect.

We have a caravan, and I'm currently undertaking a van conversion. Having used it on the caravan, I had no hesitation in using it on the van conversion (camper). I've used it to seal rooflights, windows, and external utility connections (eg water inlet point). It stays flexible, and therefor will not crack and maintains the seal. It's easy to apply, and it's great value from this seller. It looks like, and is the consistency of blue-tack. An excellent tip is to put the roll in the freezer overnight before use. This makes it less sticky, and the backing paper comes off easily. After you've applied it, it will soon warm up and become sticky again. Great stuff!
