I've gone through at least a dozen rear tires in the 17 years I've owned my 2003 SV1000S. This Pirelli Angel ST is just what I needed..Better tactile feedback to changing road conditions then the Bridgestones, Dunlops and Metzlers I've tried before. While it doesn't claim to be an all out track or race tire it seems to imbue far more confidence through turns without protesting than I thought it would. I really like it!

I can't comment on longevity as I only have a few hundred miles on it, but this tire really grips the road. Instills a sense of confidence when cornering.
