Not perfect but not bad
For the price of this seat you would expect it to be perfect, however the one I received had two places where wood filler had been used to repair manufacturing damage. The other problem with it is with the operation of the soft close hinges, in that the seat needs to be able to be raised beyond the vertical when it is lifted and held there for a few seconds, otherwise pressure from within the hinges will try to close it down again. Not a problem for the Ladies, just the Men ! On the plus side it is very easy to fit, very comfortable to sit on, strongly made and has a tough, durable finish on the wood.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
