Not for cooking - recommended maximum temperature: 100'C
Not for cooking! On the bottle, it actually says "Recommended maximum heating temperature: 100'C". This was not made clear in the description when I purchased this oil. Rapeseed oil is normally used for cooking at reasonable temperature, it's smoking point is usually over 190'C. But of course - this probably is unrefined rapeseed oil. I am yet to taste it in salad and cold dishes, so cannot comment. The key point is - it should be made very clear that this is not cooking oil in the description for customers.
