    Little bit of light on dark days!

    I bought this sad light because my home is east facing so not much light gets in during the day & have found mood gets really low in winter! Plus with bedroom being internal with no window needed something to let me know when its morning as its constantly dark in there! This light has wake up light feature that can be set to go on at a certain time - its so bright it does actually wake me up before my other alarm goes off! It also has sad light feature & I use this on glummy days to help lift my spirits a bit without actually having to leave the house! Fab product! Does what it says on the box!
