Double Snake C48 Yeast.
Used some to ferment 6 gallons of redcurrant wine. This took approximately 2 weeks, which was about halt the time taken by conventional wine yeast. I can't comment on the final taste yet (hence only 4 stars to date) as racking off, bottling etc. still has to be done.
