Down with Steam
Oh for the days when you could buy a game and load it on to the laptop an load it and it would play. Now you have to go though the routine of establishing an account with Steam and the going fro ugh the endless business of trying to get the game streamed from them. OK you might say that at over 80 I might be a technophobe Dumbo. But oh for the simplicity of just being able to load and play without an intermediary asking me to do something on which I failed. And I still haven't been able to do it. I don't think I will ever be able to play Civ 5 and oh yes there is no UK phone number for Steam or for that matter no number at all. To say I am steamed up would be an understatement!
