Entrusted by his father (Bill Nighy) with the knowledge that the men in their family can time travel, Cornwall native Tim relocates to London to study law, and find a girlfriend. The moment Tim locks eyes with gorgeous Mary (Rachel McAdams) he knows he's found the woman of his dreams. But as soon as they've fallen in love, an unexpected glitch in the time travel renders them complete strangers again. Now, in order to win back Mary's heart, Tim will have to travel into the past time and again. In time Tim discovers that the true key to happiness lies not in his ability to fix the problems of the past, but instead make the absolute most of his life in the present.

Excellent and entertaining
About Time. A well constructed and interesting story about a guy who can travel back in time. Quite an interesting concept if he gets it wrong the first time he can go back and replay his actions. Thoroughly enjoyed this film and very much recommend that you watch it. A good array of actors some uncredited Overall an enteraining and well thought out production. A novice who wants to find love,so he does it til he gets it right!!!!
Wow,came across this movie whilst searching for a romantic film to watch but having seen most movies out there I wanted something new,this popped up & I love Rachel McAdams & time travelling notions so thought I would give it a watch because it was not a movie I had seen advertised like Notebook,The Vow etc Well it didn't disappoint,the story line was fantastic,characters amazingly funny,the family drew you in to their lives & of course the time travelling....a young man of 21 searching for the perfect girl & when he finds her he blows her away because of course he can travel bck to the moment he wants to re-do things again to make them perfect & it's brilliant,the romance is sweet of boy meets girl & they fall in love but what comes after is better..... Their are a few tear jerker moments so get the tissues at the ready,the advantages of time travelling can be life changing but can it change death in the future?? Watch it & see you will not be disappointed with this movie. Fabulous movie!
This is a well written, good fun and touching movie, that easily makes my top 100 films. Richard Curtis has the ability to communicate a story without having a general shoot up and this makes a pleasant change. lovely film
I don't normally like romcoms but I really liked this film. You warm to the characters, there is a good story line and quite funny. I love the fact that it is a simple but good story with no special effects and looks like it was done on a budget. British film making at its best. The story is about a man who discovers he can travel back in time, which he uses to change and re do situations for his past. A good Sunday afternoon film.
