A Piece of History
I bought this hand guard to restore a cut down “sporterized” 1903A3 rifle. The price was great, and free shipping made it an easy choice. But I get the most satisfaction from the fact that this replacement part was manufactured during WW II. It fit perfectly and looks great on the rifle. I waited 18 days for it to arrive, from Holland! 1903A3 NOS Handgaurd
This is much better than I expected, it does need to be finished, but after a coat Military stock stain and a Linseed oil finish I couldn't tell the difference from 1943 stock that I was trying to match up. Get one or two they are not making them any more.Verified purchase: Yes
