Value for money
For the money, the reels are very good. Although not fished in a number of years, I bought these to take on holiday for a bit of recreational "messing about". The build and finish quality is good and the operation of the reels is overall very good. The only negative side is that the pre-loaded line is a not the best, but given the cost etc. can easily be replaced (or in my found to be functional - landed a fish for the first time in years so something was working!). Amazing value
You really can't knock these for the price! Very lightweight as everything is plastic, so ideal for younger anglers without a rod-rest who are targeting perch/silvers. The supplied mono isn't the best, but good enough to get going. One of my daughters landed a 3 1/2lb bream on one, and another landed an 11lb common carp, and the drag (although a very simple design) worked perfectly. In a perfect world, they'd be front-drag but at this price that's a compromise I'm happy to make. Definitely recommended!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Small lightweight well built
Small reel perfect for a beginner and also those more experienced fishing small venues Lightweight and with line clip. Personally i stripped the line and respooled, but thats a small price to pay.
