Good hoisin
It's a good hoisin, less sweet than the Sharwood one (and the ones you usually find in "Duck with hoisin sauce" pre-packed meals). I like that, it leaves the 'hoisin' flavour more prominent and it has to be good enough to take that scrutiny.
