Good hoisin
It's a good hoisin, less sweet than the Sharwood one (and the ones you usually find in "Duck with hoisin sauce" pre-packed meals). I like that, it leaves the 'hoisin' flavour more prominent and it has to be good enough to take that scrutiny. BTW "less sweet" means that this is less calories than other hoisins, if you are interested in that.

Use it in other things more than Chinese cookery
Love this sauce, and put it in anything that needs a deep mellow flavour, as it is both sweet but savoury at the same time. Good size bottle for the price and keeps in the fridge when opened.
