Welding helper
Helps a lot with tig welding. I'm over 70 years old and shake a little. As you know shaking and TIG welding is not a plus so every little thing helps. This TIG finger is very slick on metal surfaces so it aids your torch hand to move across your project smoothly. Making much nicer welds and helps with the shaking for me anyway. Works fairly well if you need your hand to be touching the surface of really hot metal, but for most welds you don't have your fingers resting on the surface metal. What would be a better product would be a TIG Glove, as in a super heat resistant glove made from this material. Heat shielding and less friction
The TIG finger XL allows more hand contact for stable torch control and less friction while welding far better than with gloves alone. The woven material thickness, when worn with thinner leather gloves, gives the welder an excellent option than with large, bulky insulated leather gloves.
