Used this product to seal a crankcase on re-building a small Hatz diesel engine. Perfect ! No leaks at all after several hours running. Have previously used a high temperature sealant, in a skeleton gun, but it is never possible to stop the rest 'going off'. Unfortunately the advertising of this product is a little ambiguous, it say's 'Adhesive' which I thought would be like a clear glue like gel substance so it would stick rather than seal like silicone works, it also say's works on ceramics it doesn't.
