Comfortable, solid and good quality with real leather facings.
Construction and finish using thick quality leather excellent. Arm rests sit in a retaining 'bath tub' not bolted directly to arm so no problems with bolts penetrating the padding like others I've experienced. Seat cushioning seems good but as I've learnt only time will tell, so cannot judge just yet. Overall the chair is comfortable with good lower lumbar, thigh and shoulder support. Tilt can be free or there are several selectable degrees of tilt for the combined back and seat. Packaging inside the carton was very good with each part separately packed within custom made twin protective sleeves, with the inner one being formed of bubble wrap. The printed illustrated instructions and parts list, plus the provided tool made assembly straight forward and easy.
