Good product
I have been using "Too Old Goats" for several years. It really helps my bad knee. I do use a rubber glove to smear it on my knee because I don't want to get it on my hand and then touch my face/eyes. My niece uses it on her hands but she is careful to keep her hands off her face/eyes. Five friends have bought this product because I told them about it. One friend has a really bad back and his wife puts it on his back twice a day. He says it eases the pain but doesn't eliminate it completely.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The Arthritis & Fibromyalgia (A & F) formulation is helpful and smells great
Evidently there are two formulations of this balm (I would call it a cream) - regular and the F & A formulation. It can be a little difficult to discern between the two, but I believe I heard the base is different in the F & A version. All said, this is a nice cream for mild to mid pain relief with the added benefit of good moisturizing. Not greasy but made with a goodly content of natural essential oils so it has a nice herbal/menthol-type scent. Absorbs well. My brother has painful arthritis in his shoulder and he likes this cream better than an expensive high milligram CBD lotion.
