    Great budget psu

Functions just as expected. EVGA has a great warranty process, I was able to extend my 2 year warranty into a 4 year by just registering the product. Used in bringing back to life a light gaming pc (2nd Gen i7, gtx 680 video card), works great, with no noticeable sound coming out of the power supply.

Died 3 months after purchase! (waste of money)

Was having a few glitches in PC performance, so tried swapping out my old power supply with this. Seemed to work great. 3 months later, the PC started freezing up, and a couple days later was permanently frozen, no post, no beeps, no nothing, just the fans whirring up. I pulled out this new power supply, put in my old one, and it's all working no problem again. I wish I could get some of the money back for a 3-month life power supply. It had much better stats than my old power supply, too.

  • This is a review title, for a review.

Definitely quieter than my older and less powerful power supply. I've only had it for a couple weeks so far, but everything is great so far. We'll see how it goes from here. The wiring is sturdy, so if you have a smaller case it can be tricky fitting it all in without looking like spaghetti.

  • Powers Nicely!

This power supply was purchased at an extremely low price. It works very well, and is extremely quiet. I have purchased several EVGA Power Supplies in the past, and have yet to have a problem with any of them.

  • Great look

The one I received had blacked out cords instead of colored cords with black sleeves like shown in the pictures, Huge plus. I've yet to install it. Good shipping.

  • Awesome

My old power supply was a Logisys 450W and was loud and did not perform well. This new EVGA 600W plus 80 certifies is fantastic, priced at $49 and is super quiet. You LITTERALY cannot hear the power supply. Buy this if you want a cheap and very good upgrade.

  • Great budget power supply that performs well.

This was a super deal and works flawlessly. The only thing that was a minor annoyance was a weird funky smell Otherwise it performed the way that I expected it too.

  • Perfect for My Setup

Needed a power supply for a PC upgrade. Got a new motherboard and case to transfer the parts from my Dell Optiplex 790 into. I like this one in particular because it isn't as physically big as PSUs start to get when you approach 850W. If I wanted to, I could easily retrofit this into my Dell Minitower case and not worry about clearance for the motherboard/drive cages. 600W is more than enough for my purposes, I figured it would be better to have 600W because it allows for future upgrades. I only have a 1050 ti right now which doesn't require a PCIe power connector, but in the future I do plan on upgrading to a 1070 or better and it's comforting knowing I won't have to upgrade my PSU again. I could also theoretically crypto-mine with this much power but I'm not sure that I will. Overall this is a good value for the money and I'm very pleased to have it!

  • Good stuff!

Plenty of zip for old Lenovo p300. Runs big gpu 2080 super no problem. Fan is nice and quiet. Had to get a 24 to 14 pin power adaptor but that is because I installed it in the Lenovo.

  • For the price can't beat it.

Great power supply with plenty of connections. Can't beat it for what I paid. Nice and quiet as well.
