Best Sencha (and tea in general) I have had up to date - Please Read
I just had to quickly log in and leave a review and feel slighty ashamed that I rushed to quickly prepare this tea in a common tea mug because it deserves to be served in fine porcelain and to be drunk in a quiet place rather than next to the computer while at work, but those are the circumstances of "modern life" (another reason why traditions such as drinking tea are kept close at heart). I am an absolute tea fanatic (with over 200 teas stored) and spend more than a healthy amount of time looking for something new to add to the collection, this Sencha is absolutely sublime starting with it's beautiful color, an incredible taste and the freshest tea leaves I have seen up to date, it really feels like the leaves were just picked and packed to their destination. The flavor is very soft, there is not a single trace of bitterness, well rounded and balanced flavor profile which accentuates Sencha's most exquisite traits. After just two sips I am honestly ecstatic. This will be one of my frequent orders.

One of the best sencha I have had in years
I love Japanese green tea and I have tried a lot of sencha while living outside Japan and most of the time, it was expensive, and had a poor taste because of oxydation and bad handling.( I remember meeting a young Japanese producer in Paris at M*ri*ge Frères (20 years ago) who told me that the prestigious French Maison de Thé didn't keep the delicate Japanese teas in the required conditions, which ruined the taste). Ocha & Co's organic sencha is super fresh, subtly fragrant, well-balanced with a touch of umami which gives depth to the flavor. I simply love it. I love the price too, by the way !
