Great for regular wheels - bad for carbon wheels
I got these tires and they were beautiful! Super light!! I looked on the boxed and it said not to use on carbon wheels. I reached out to the Veloflex rep on their website and he told me that they have had problems with carbon rims because they are wider than standard clinchers. He also told me that some people use them on standard sized carbon wheels and they worked fine. People who ride 100 Psi and more might have a problem with the bead sitting in correctly on the wide wheels. The rep told me that in September they’re releasing a carbon clincher tire that will fit all types of carbon wheels. I use CLX 64’s and it could not mount on correctly. Nice tire, very hard to mount up.
these are a pain to mount but I hope they stretch as they get older. If you are older with arthritic thumbs you will need to pre stretch. Haven't had enough time on the bike to see if they perform well. Will post later.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

First test at 6 bar is very fast; Although they a little narrow to be 25mm, the handling in curves is incredible.
