These are very good sounding headphones at a reasonable price. I use mine with my iPads to listen to music and broadcast material and have found them very comfortable to wear for long periods. Good headphones but I doubt these were genuine/actually unused!! BROKE AFTER A WEEK
Hi folks. I've used the Sony MDR-x series headphones for almost 3 years now (of course not a single pair continuously, I've had to buy a replacement every 6 months or so, as this seems to be the average lifespan of the connector cables for this model. After around 6 months one or both of the headphones stops playing sound, but that's not entirely unusual for a pair of headphones this cheap). Don't get me wrong, the sound quality, very light weight, and look of these headphones was great. In general it's a great model and if you manage to find a GENUINE SELLER then you'll probably be amazed at the sound quality these wee beasts are able to produce, and at what price. However, I'm thoroughly disappointed by this pair. I didn't even use them that much, and they were kaput after less than 7 days from purchasing them. I have mixed feelings about this product insofar as they are very decent headphones for the price they come at. You probably won't be able to find a brand-name pair of headphones that sounds this good at 5-6 pounds. However, if you're going to be spending 5-6 pounds every week or so.... might as well save up and get yourself a mid-range pair for 40-50 quid but have them last you for at least half a year.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Best earphones I've had

Broke after an hour
