Insanely high quality issue for the price
This is about as good value for this particular issue (1st mainstream continuity Batman title appearance of Harley Quinn) as I could find. The issue itself was absolutely shelf immaculate with no visible defects - a high 9 if graded professionally I would suggest. A bit more than I would usually spend on a single issue of this age, but I'd been after this one in dealers boxes for at least 2 decades and this essentially completes an unbroken (now) run of Batman from #400. Very pleased.
