Will work on most things except jars.
It has been pretty useful for most things except jars where the nib glides of the glass without a cut or scratch. Besides this one minor detail it seems to cut into everything else but does require you to go over it a few times for darker or deeper cuts. Very poorly made
Bought to be used on site (have lost scribes while out so wanted a cheaper item) but this is so poorly made the soft steel tip in the aluminium insert just falls out. Not worth the trouble so please avoid. Hope thid helps.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
