Works Well
I've rated as 4 stars simply because I think years ago I used slightly more effective products. Nonetheless, it works well even if a second treatment is necessary. An angle grinder with a flapper disc (emery disc) helps get the worst off first though. Although I have yet to see how well corrosion was neutralised long term (or at least eaten away by the Q12) previous experience completely stopped the reformation of rust for years when used with an etching primer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Amazing Stuff!
First time I've tried this product and I was pleasantly surprised. You can actually see it dissolving the rust! Once I'd cleaned it off and painted, I felt confident that the rust wouldn't be back! This is a great product. After a metal brush to take off the loose rust, then apply sparingly (I used a brush)!! Leave for 20 mins and wash off and leave to dry or towel dry and leave in a warm area!! When it completely dry you will be able to see the underlying rust ( sometimes looks like salt ). Remove the rust again with a wire brush!! Repeat process if needed!! Simples!! When you are happy with the finish, it's ready for a coat of primer/underseal and the job is good!!
