Didn't know what to expect with these but must say I'm pleasantly surprised and glad that it does what it's supposed to, I'm taking these to better help my glucosamine intake, (Vit D3 helps with absorbtion) took glucosamine last time whilst training took about 2wks to kick in or feel a difference, this time round with the help of these Vit D3s I can say I've felt the difference 3days in, so very happy with my purchases from BBW and will be purchasing again as and when needed.
