Excellent food colourants
Veey easy to use and lasts for ages. Great colour range. The red we use for tandoori chicken, the others are for our grand daughter's chemistry set.

very strong colour.
It is too strong. I used the tip of a pointed knife literally to add the barest amount.Instead of pale mauve my icing looks like blackcurrant sorbet. In future I shall use a pin head for 250g icing sugar
