10/10 Old Favourites Never Die
Had one when I was a kid...used to see how fast we could spin it. Years later, bought one for rehab and went without the LCD screen as you can hold it so much better for longer. Great bit of kit for finger, wrist and forearm workouts and rehab. Hopefully I won’t lose this one!

awkward to use,does not work the forearm muscles very well.
Not easy to get started and awkward. When using does not activate the forearm muscles any way near it describes which is rather disappointing.
