Awkward to fit, but worth it
I bought this master cylinder as my old plastic one started to leak leaving me with a hit and miss clutch issue. It has an easy to shape copper pipe ready to go. Was just a case of removing the old plastic one from the engine bay and swapping over to this one. The cylinder itself seems much more robust than the original. Once all fitted and new fluid bled through system, the clutch feels very positive and a little lighter. Just one slight issue - fitting is a BIG pain in your back - literally. My rover 75 clutch master cylinder had been giving trouble, pedal going to floor etc. This is an aftermarket uprated item with metal body instead of Rovers plastic job, it's a good price! the rubbish Rover one can be even dearer.
