    Heavy solid brass

    Bought this as I am adapting my loft access to a hatch and ladder! Ladder kit came with a plastic latch, which I see breaking easily. Saw this brass latch, when it arrived it instantly reminded me of latches found in Victorian houses, heavy weight and made to last whilst easy to open with a poll!
