Been ordering these half my life. Indispensable.
I started using these 17 years ago when I lived in Korea and my boss gave me one. It’s not a cold/hot thing, you won’t feel anything right away. It’s like taking an ibuprofen— eventually you just realize it feels so much better around the sore area. I refuse to go without these!!

miracle sure for arthritis but allergy reactive after use
The patch was miraculous in helping an extremely painful arthritic knee and shoulder. However I developed an allergic reaction to the patch on the skin on my shoulder in the exact shape of the patch. It has still not gone after 3 weeks with cortisone treatment.
