After a friend bought me the Calm Champneys set for Christmas, I started using it in the shower before going into stressful appointments, and it's fragrance is calming. I was so impressed, I bought this one for a try. It is quality shower body wash. You don't have to squeeze large dollops of it to get the benefit. You need to give it a good shake before you squeeze it. It smells amazing and the fragrance lingers. It does de-stress and cleanses you at the same time without drying your skin. It is on the pricey side but it's worth it for the de-stressing fragrance alone.
