There is nothing negative about this product. Once in your shoe, it puts your arch in the correct position, thus relieving pain and the threat of pain.. At first it maybe uncomfortable, maybe because your surrounding muscles have compensated too much. I can't fault this product. It also spares my socks as it's a smooth surface, not like my work boots.

i followed the instructions and stuck with it. The product gave me instant relief followed by a different pain caused by the arch support being too high and too rigid. If this product was made to specific shoe size, I think it would be 100% improvement - as in the ones I had made by the NHS , they charged £5 a pair. Bottom line is one size does not fit all...shame

I needed some support in my shoe as I have plantar fasciitis (Google it !!). I found these OK, but after a while they annoyed my feet, as they are quite hard plastic. they may very well suit other people, but I found them unsuitable. Sorry

Cheap enough and everything just too rigid. Makes my sons feet hurt a lot so stopped using them

I have size 11 shoes and the support comes in only one size. It was far too narrow and was painful to wear. I chucked them in a bin
