Great quality product & kit at a great price.
My Bose headphone's headband had seen better days, a shame as the sound quality was still great. Checking on YouTube to see what was involved in replacing it, revealed the need to remove the one earpiece including unsoldering the wire to it. The alternative was this wonderful kit with zip-up headband, new endcaps plus screws and screwdriver. A paperclip to close the zip was also included. Total time to cut off old headband (missing the cable) and fitting the new one, about 10 minutes. Once fitted, the flaps over the zip stay nice and flat. Overall great quality of product and a well thought out kit for about half the price of an original one. Easy to fit and good quality
First of all, just a note; I describe 'sound quality' as good above as there is no choice for n/a. Obviously, the headband doesn't impact the sound quality. This is a very neat piece of kit and should take no more than fifteen minutes to get on your headphones, quite probably including watching the instruction video. Doing this is a must, as it is simple to fit if you know what you are doing but there are some useful tips in the video (a link to the video is included in the packing). Once on it is impossible to tell you've replaced the headband unless you look very carefully. Quality is very good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Totally refreshed Bose Quietcomfort 2 Headphones
I read a lot of feedback and reviews for different replacement 'kits' for the headband on my headphones - the old headband was OK but looked well worn against the phone pads I recently replaced. Although this item was the more expensive I'm so glad I spent the extra to purchase the top pick from my research. This item is perfect if you discover you need to replace your headband - easy to fit and looks great. Awesome way to refurb your qc15’s!
After looking at a few of these bands on eBay I opted for this and am glad I did. Fitment is very easy, takes about 5 minutes. The vinyl is soft, and they look almost as original. The only difference is the clips which sit prouder to accommodate the new band. Overall I’m very happy as my QC15’s now look good as new.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Really easy to fit. Looks a bit different from the original but I no longer get black specs all over my head! The ear pads from this seller are also great. Good design
Not the cheapest headband replacement on the market but it makes up for it by supplying modified plastic clips that cover the zipper head and make the whole thing neat and professional looking. As an added bonus if the headband needs replacing in the future the supplied clips will fit over any zipped cover on the market. It is probably worth viewing the installation video but to be fair anyone who knows the working end if a screwdriver will find fitting the headband to be a breeze. Great value refurb, maybe even better than new.
Once fitted properly, the headphones are as good as new. The replacement headband cushion is slightly more bulky but seems a bit more robust than the original and at least as comfy, maybe slightly better. Only real downside is that it is a bit finicky to fit. A bit of patience needed and a very strong grip on the clip before screwing it together.
