Technicqll Rapid Epoxy 2 Part Multi-purpose Glue
I recently dropped my granite pestle, whilst preparing some spices for cooking - the pestle broke clean in half when it hit the tiled kitchen floor and became nearly impossible to use. I spent some time looking for a replacement pestle but unfortunately, it's very difficult to source one, without buying a new mortar too. I decided to research various waterproof glues used in the construction industry for bonding stone and came upon and bought Technicqll Rapid Epoxy Glue - which I've never used before. It's now several weeks since repairing the broken pestle, during which time, it has been used often for grinding spices, sea salt etc. and washed too. I can only say, that so far, this repair solution was an excellent and economic alternative to purchasing a new mortar & pestle unit at 3-4 times the cost. Stone is notoriously difficult to bond, with any strength and longevity - but Technicqll Rapid Epoxy Glue has done that, so I have no doubt that this product will be equally remarkable in bonding the other materials that it's appropriate for. Does exactly what it says on the tin, it rapidly dries & has a strong bond. I applied it to a massive crack on the front bumper of my car before securing it with some cable ties & it has worked like a charm. I'm confident it would hold without the cable ties its that good.
