It is all of the above. HOWEVER, be aware that this item does not fit a standard drain rod because the internal thread in the collar only goes part way into the collar and not all the way in. You can see the consequence in the attached pictures. The collar only engages 2 threads and that's it. This is a problem because there is a high risk of the item coming off the rod while in the drain and then you're in trouble because you are going to have to retrieve it. I wont be using this item. I suggest you check the end of your rods for compatability before you buy this.
