Fits perfectly and works well
The plastic handle on my original release cable broke, so I did try to replace just the handle from this part but it isn't exactly the same as the original one so I couldn't fit the original cable to the new handle. However, the new complete part is a straight forward replacement for the broken one, no adjusting required as there can sometimes be with aftermarket parts. Quality seems fine but of course it needs to stand the test of time - the original was 21 years old - so we shall see in due course.
